Contractor was not an additional insured under policy of subcontractor because contractor was sued for its own negligence and the endorsement on subcontractor’s policy provided that contractor would be an additional insured “solely as a result of some act or omission of the named insured [the subcontractor] and not for its [the contractor’s] own independent negligence or statutory violation.”
