The marital settlement agreement required the parties to make their children the beneficiaries of any life insurance policies. Therefore, the trial court acted within its discretion in imposing a constructive trust on the proceeds of the ex-wife’s life insurance policy and ordering the insurer to deliver the proceeds to the children’s guardian.
